ABOUT ME
Ana Fuentes is a Senior Immigration Counsel at Fuentes Palmisano, PC, and practices in all areas of U. S. immigration law. She has experience representing clients in removal proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Ana also specializes in affirmative immigration applications including Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, Immigrant and Non-Immigrant waivers, DACA, VAWA, TPS, Deferred Actions, and U-VISAs.
Ana received her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Emory University in 1997. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University School of Law in 2000. She is a member in good standing of the Louisiana State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is a native Spanish speaker.

Lorena is an experienced immigration paralegal with a decade of expertise. As a child of immigrant parents, she understands the challenges faced by individuals navigating the immigration system. She takes pride in her work and prioritizes clear and effective communication with clients.
She enjoys helping clients understand the details of their immigration cases and her goal is to make the process simpler and easier to understand. Going the extra mile, Lorena ensures clients have a comprehensive understanding of the details and guidance throughout the entire process.
With extensive experience, a personal connection to immigration, and a commitment to client understanding, Lorena strives to make a positive impact, providing clarity, compassion, and successful outcomes.
HEYDI PEREZ
LEGAL ASSISTANT
With her friendly demeanor and efficient work ethic, Heydi serves as an integral cog in the wheel of our team. Her role at the front desk is to ensure that clients receive excellent service from the moment they walk through the door. She schedules appointments, answers phone calls, files legal documents, and provides invaluable administrative support.
Heydi has 18 years of experience in customer service with three years of experience in the legal field, gaining a wealth of knowledge in the industry. Her degree is in preschool education and has completed courses in child development, curriculum planning, and working with diverse families. She is a detail-oriented individual who provides top-notch customer service. Heydi is also highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. She believes that clear communication, a friendly attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond clients is essential in any customer service role.
